First of all, this case is bigger than it looks in the picture, but it can hold a lot of stuff. I keep my primary racket in the back pocket and my secondary racket in the front. The back pocket has a plastic backing that holds and protects the racket from falls as well as a trench to hold two balls. The front pocket basically is all pouches, there is a main pouch for your racket and three others for extra balls and a cleaning cloth and maybe your keys. The build quality seems to be okay, admittedly I have only used the case five or six times since I received it it has shown no signs of wear and the zippers are as smooth as can be. I recommend this product to anyone who likes to play table tennis and wants to protect their equipment. A+
